Fassi’s FSC (Fassi Stability Control) system ensures safety, stability, and precision for knuckle boom cranes, meeting Machine Directive 2006/42/EC and EN 12999:2011 standards. Designed for cranes with 1,000 kg+ lifting capacity or 40,000 Nm+ lifting moment, FSC automatically monitors and adjusts operations to maintain stability in all conditions.
FSC continuously tracks outrigger positioning, ground contact, and crane tilt using sensors and encoders. If instability is detected, it reduces crane performance, activates the lifting moment limiter, and slows operation speed to prevent tipping. Operators stay informed via real-time updates on the radio control display and onboard panel.
